Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original ELCE packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
